In this foundational offering we explore together what you want from life, what your current biggest challenges are, and how we can we can align mind and body to support you achieve your goals, and much more!
During this program you will:
Learn how to cultivate a growth mindset
Change your relationship with your mind through mindfulness skills and practices
Increase bodily awareness through somatic tools and practices
Learn how to regulate your nervous system and build resilience to better handle the stressors of life
Identify and transform self-limiting beliefs
Live an aligned, intentional and purpose-filled life
How we do it:
Create intentions for work and identify biggest challenges
Cultivate curiosity towards our minds and learn how to create space and perspective to become less reactive and more clear
Receive mindfulness tools and practices
Explore the language of the body and nervous system to more deeply understand our own behavior at the physiological level
Use different somatic practices to increase bodily awareness and impact the different states of the nervous system
Take advantage of accountability through coaching relationship with with weekly action items and follow-up
